Who can attend?

To maintain exclusivity and presence, slots for each content creation retreat are strictly limited. Only seven wellness business owners are accepted per experience. Additionally, we permit only one business per service type at each retreat to prevent overlapping niches and maintain a highly collaborative ensemble cast.

DAY 1

Meet The Group

Most of us will arrive at the venue on the first day at different times. On the first night, we'll have dinner together and make introductions. We'll learn about the venue, where you will be sleeping, and the schedule for the week ahead. Enjoy every minute of the property while you recover from traveling.

Content Marathon

Before the retreat, we'll assign you a group number for recording your Brand Story and session. Group 1 will record their Brand Stories on this day, and Group 3 will record their session on this day. Groups 1 and 2 will participate in Group 3's session and provide a video testimony for their session.

DAY 2

DAY 3

The Marathon Continues

As we continue the content marathon, we'll allow Group 2 to capture their Brand Story while Group 1 will begin their sessions. Groups 2 and 3 will participate in the sessions and provide a video testimony for their cohorts.

Final Stretch

On day 4, we'll finish off Group 3's Brand Stories. We'll also conclude Group 2's session while Groups 1 & 3 provide video testimonies to their peers.

Wind Down

In the morning, we will give you time to sleep in after three days of filming. Then in the afternoon, we'll keep it light with a photoshoot at El Retiro Park for headshots, extra content, and to explore the city.

Community

Day 6 will be all about togetherness. We'll set up a podcast area for everyone to join and share their journey in the retreat, the business lessons they have learned, any enlightenment, their experience in Madrid, and much more. Since this will be our last night together, we plan to have a great night together with a friendship dinner and activities.

Saying Goodbye

This is the check-out day for all. We'll all say our goodbyes and well wishes. Breakfast will be included. The team provides transportation to the airport for your journey back home.

We have two options:

1. 50% deposit, then 50% before the content retreat.

What if I don't get the

result I wanted?

We are your sales performance partners, committed to results, not just content delivery. Our process guarantees we align on measurable sales goals before production. If initial data misses the mark, we include a round of strategic revisions to optimize your content for conversion.

How are the rooms chosen? Do I share a room?

We assume most folks want their own bed and room, so we aim for enough beds/rooms to accommodate that. Keep in mind, some venues have rooms with their own bathrooms, and some don't; it'll be first-come, first-served. But be okay with sharing a bathroom with your peers.

What is the investment for your services?

Our current price for the Madrid content retreat is $7500 USD.

Can I bring business equipment to perform my session?

Yes, we encourage you to provide items that will help your peers during your session. If it's reasonable, we can help source those materials in Spain.

When will I get the final products?

Give us up to three months to finish your products. Some content, such as phone content, can be readily available sooner.
